Where to Easter Brunch (and Dinner) in Seattle
Easter falls early this year, on March 31. Its arrival, per usual, brings many an over-the-top brunch menu. Of course, plenty of great restaurants serve brunch on the regular. These spots have a special menu planned in honor of the holiday (including an option for Easter dinner, and even tea). So make plans, make reservations, and make sure you don’t fill up on jelly beans before you arrive.
Ray's Boathouse and Ray's Cafe
Ballard
Seattle’s venerable destination for impeccable views and seafood will serve a full-on $85 buffet upstairs at Ray’s Cafe. Downstairs at the more upscale Boathouse, Easter means an a la carte menu with some holiday specials. At 3pm this service transitions to a three-course Easter dinner for $75; full details here.

The seminary-turned-hotel inside a state park will put on a special Easter version of its afternoon tea, complete with tiered trays of finger food, tea by Rishi Tea and Botanicals, and a picturesque setting. Tea is $72 per person and runs from 2:30 to 4:30. Reserve here.

The hotel's restaurant will serve its traditional three-course Easter brunch from 9am–2:30pm. Meanwhile, in the ballroom, a new Easter buffet setup combines those waterfront views with a spread of salads, charcuterie, and pastries, a shellfish tower, and special stations carving up tomahawks and serving custom egg-on-toast combos. The flagship restaurant inside the Fairmont Olympic will serve a $75 three-course Easter brunch noon–2pm. Menu choices abound—smash burgers, carbonara, s’mores french toast, and the house crab benedict—but a welcome visit from the scone cart is a given.
Mint Progressive Indian

A $75 three-course brunch centers Indian flavors and seasonal ingredients. Reservations are available between 10am–2:30pm.
Charlotte Restaurant and Lounge

The Lotte Hotel’s 16th-floor restaurant combines ample views with a five-course prix fixe menu full of brunch classics. The $125 meal also includes a welcome mimosa and a dessert station. Live music from 10:30am–3:30pm.
Copperleaf Restaurant and Bar

The restaurant at Cedarbrook Lodge is not messing around with its $95 grand buffet: a classic buffet with custom omelets, a seafood and shellfish bar, and carving station, plus various other spring-appropriate dishes.
